Talented 'horror' writer Stephen King, has sold more that 350 million copies of his novels worldwide. That is quite an amazing feat. Known for his famous horror novels King has written in almost every genre there is and has had many of his short stories and novels turned into blockbuster movies.
The one that sticks out in my mind is Circle of the Werewolf, which was turned into the movie called Silver Bullit with Corey Haim & Gary Busey...classic 80's movie right there....as was Stand By Me which is also a Stephen King short story titled "The Body".
Stephen King really shows off his divercity with the Shawshank Redemption, probably one of the best movies ever made and also written by Stephen King.
